Kern River Expedition Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment: - All bookings are subject to availability. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: - Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the expedition date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the expedition date will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the expedition date are non-refundable. 3. Health and Safety: - Participants must be in good physical health and able to endure outdoor activities. - Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions or concerns prior to booking. - Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions of the expedition guides. 4. Liability: - Kern River Expedition LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons during the expedition. - Participants participate at their own risk and are required to sign a liability waiver before the expedition. 5. Equipment and Gear: - Participants are responsible for providing their own personal gear and equipment unless otherwise specified. - Kern River Expedition LLC will provide any necessary specialized equipment as specified in the expedition details. 6. Changes and Cancellations by Kern River Expedition LLC: - Kern River Expedition LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule expeditions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or insufficient bookings. - In the event of cancellation by Kern River Expedition LLC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
